Get in Shape for a National Park Trip with Medifast or Cookie Diet

While it’s still cold where I live, eventually it will warm up.  And when it does, nothing is more fun than a trip to one of this country’s magnificent national parks.  Of course we all want you to come visit us at the Lewis and Clark National Park but any park is a great destination.

Of course with obesity being such a problem for so many in this great nation of ours, it’s hard to get a good hike in if your knees and other joints hurt from being overweight.  Not only that, it’s just more fun to be fit and healthy when you are out in the great outdoors.  So if you are carrying more weight than you should and you are looking for help shedding the weight, consider the Medifast diet. This diet works fast because it’s both low carb and low calorie.

But if that doesn’t appeal to you, you may want to consider the cookie diet.  This diet, invented by Dr. Siegal, has you munch on up to 6 cookies a day and then have a sensible dinner.  It is great for anyone who has a sweet tooth.

Either diet, (Medifast or Cookie Diet) is getting good reviews from those who have tried it.   So if a little weight loss (or a lot of fat loss) is what you need, look into one or both of these programs.
